About the Opportunity

Eligibility

Students pursuing a 5-year integrated law course (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / BCom LL.B) are strongly preferred.
Students in their 3rd year or above (or final-year students of 3-year LL.B).
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Prior experience or academic exposure in banking, NBFC, insurance, or corporate law is an added advantage.
Excellent command over English drafting & professionalism in communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal and regulatory research across NBFC, banking, and insurance sectors.
Review, refine, and proofread contracts, policies, and operational documents.
Draft legal notes, briefs, compliance reports, and framework documents.
Support the founding team on strategic, legal, and compliance-driven initiatives.

Duration: 3 Months

Mode: Remote

Salary: Unpaid (performance-linked incentives available)
