About the Opportunity:

Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility requirements are based on educational qualifications and experience. Here’s what you need to know.
For Candidates with Professional Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university, OR
- MBA (Full-Time) from a recognized university/institute, OR
- MBA (HR) from a recognized university/institute.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in government or government undertakings.
- Proficiency in working in a fully online system.
For Candidates with Bachelor’s Degrees:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in law, management, public affairs, finance, etc., preferably in government or government undertakings.
- Proficiency in working in a fully online system.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be 25 years or older as of the date of the advertisement (March 8, 2025).
- Retired professionals with requisite qualifications and experience are also eligible to apply.
Remuneration:
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹55,000.
Contract Terms:
- The initial contract period is one year, extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance.
- The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regularization or continued service.
- Candidates will not be entitled to HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or other allowances.
- Working hours will align with those of other NCLT employees but may require work beyond office hours and on weekends without additional remuneration.
