Role & Responsibilities
- Draft SLPs, Civil & Criminal Appeals, Writ Petitions, Review/Curative Petitions, Civil Miscellaneous Applications, Contempt Petitions, and related filings
- Prepare Applications, Rejoinders, Written Submissions, Argument Notes
- Draft Statements of Claim/Defence (SOC/SOD) and other pleadings in arbitration matters
- Conduct advanced legal research on constitutional, commercial, and procedural law
- Assist in case strategy and conference preparation
Eligibility
- PQE: 2-3 years in litigation & arbitration drafting
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Sound understanding of Supreme Court and High Court pleadings
- Ability to draft independently with clarity, precision, and structure
