His expertise spans drafting, filing, prosecuting, managing, and enforcing various forms of IP rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, plant variety rights, and geographical indications.

At Dentons Link Legal, Rahul plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative legal strategies for businesses across sectors. His leadership was instrumental in integrating the IP boutique firm Aumirah into Dentons Link Legal, significantly expanding the firm's IP capabilities.
