Eligibility

  • 5th year of law school or recent graduates from top tier colleges only.
  • available full-time for this internship role i.e.
  • interned with top tier law-firms or reputed companies.
  • You must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 3 months to the internship.
  • Further tenure can be extended on the basis of performance and the candidate’s availability

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents.
  • Support due diligence exercises and transaction documentation.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws.
  • Prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions.

Location: Bangalore
