About the role

Part of Apple’s Corporate Law Group
Handle governance of Indian entities, MCA/ROC filings, board & shareholder meetings
Support intercompany transactions, reorganisations, and business expansion
Work closely with Finance teams on audits, tax, treasury, and accounting matters

Eligibility

Licensed to practice law in India
ACS (ICSI member)
LL.B. from a reputed law school
5+ years’ experience in corporate law, governance & compliance

Preferred

In-house MNC / top law firm experience
Familiarity with FDI, FEMA, RBI filings
Experience with audits, subsidiary management, and cross-functional coordination
Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
