About the role
- Part of Apple’s Corporate Law Group
- Handle governance of Indian entities, MCA/ROC filings, board & shareholder meetings
- Support intercompany transactions, reorganisations, and business expansion
- Work closely with Finance teams on audits, tax, treasury, and accounting matters
Eligibility
- Licensed to practice law in India
- ACS (ICSI member)
- LL.B. from a reputed law school
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate law, governance & compliance
Preferred
- In-house MNC / top law firm experience
- Familiarity with FDI, FEMA, RBI filings
- Experience with audits, subsidiary management, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
