About the role

  • Part of Apple’s Corporate Law Group
  • Handle governance of Indian entities, MCA/ROC filings, board & shareholder meetings
  • Support intercompany transactions, reorganisations, and business expansion
  • Work closely with Finance teams on audits, tax, treasury, and accounting matters

Eligibility

  • Licensed to practice law in India
  • ACS (ICSI member)
  • LL.B. from a reputed law school
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate law, governance & compliance

Preferred

  • In-house MNC / top law firm experience
  • Familiarity with FDI, FEMA, RBI filings
  • Experience with audits, subsidiary management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
