About the Project
The project involves in-depth arbitration research, with a focus on analysing judgments delivered in 2025, tracking legal developments, and mapping jurisdictional trends in arbitration law.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct deep-dive research on arbitration judgments
• Identify and classify key rulings and legal principles
• Analyse ratio decidendi vs obiter dicta
• Assist in preparing comparative tables and jurisdictional maps
• Support structured legal documentation for arbitration research
Eligibility Criteria
• Law students with a strong foundation in Arbitration Law
• Prior experience in legal research and writing
• Ability to critically analyse complex judgments
• High attention to detail and analytical rigour
• Publications in arbitration law are a plus
Location & Mode
• Offline: Defence Colony, New Delhi
• Online/Remote: Available for selected candidates
Stipend
- Performance-based paid role
- No upper limit - entirely dependent on quality and consistency of work
