About the Law Assessment Internship at T and S Law

T and S Law invites applications from fresh law graduates who are passionate about Capital Market Regulations and have a working knowledge of the Companies Act. This is an onsite opportunity at the firm’s Delhi/Noida offices and serves as a gateway to full-time roles based on performance.

Position: Assessment Intern
Location: T and S Law Offices, Delhi/Noida
Mode: Onsite
Duration: As per mutual agreement
Stipend: Not specified (Assessment-based opportunity)

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will:

• Work extensively on Due Diligence exercises
• Read and interpret SEBI Regulations and the Companies Act
• Conduct legal research and assist in filings
• Analyze corporate compliance frameworks
• Collaborate on Capital Market transactions

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent Law Graduates (LL.B. or equivalent)
• Strong inclination towards Capital Market Regulations
• Sound understanding of the Companies Act
• Residing in or able to relocate to Delhi/Noida
